FJX Type Forced Circulation Pump
Overview
1. Scope of application: The company's production of FJX is now used for: diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt, lactic acid, calcium lactate, alumina, titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium chlorate, sugar, Evaporation, concentration and cooling of molten salt, paper making, waste water and other industries, in order to increase the production capacity of the equipment and increase the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger for forced circulation.
2. Installation location: The ground foundation (which can be configured according to the user's needs) is directly suspended from the evaporator.
3. Pump form: horizontal
4. Transmission mode: direct transmission, belt transmission, hydraulic coupling, universal joint transmission.
5. Sealing structure: combined mechanical seal, packing seal.
6. Pump body manufacturing method: casting, welding.
7. Performance range:
Flow range: 300~23000m3/h
Head range: 2~12m
Working pressure: ≤0.6MPa
Working temperature: ≤170°C
Pump body structure: casting or steel plate welding.
Overcurrent part material: ZG, 20#, titanium, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316L, CD4MCu
